Service Description
The Drama Companies are smaller, more focused group designed for young performers who are committed to developing their skills and understanding of theatre. During the first term, the focus is on becoming a strong theatre practitioner, exploring a range of drama practitioners, performance techniques, and approaches to acting while developing a deeper understanding of what it means to refine and grow your craft. The following two terms are performance-based, with members continuing to immerse themselves in script work, character development, and the devising process, contributing their own creative ideas to the final production. Through professional headshots, full script work, rehearsals, and performance in a theatre space, participants gain valuable insight into the discipline, commitment, and artistry required within the industry. Our Drama Companies aim to provide authentic experiences that expose young people to the craft of theatre-making while fostering the strong sense of collaboration, trust, and ensemble spirit that brings a company together as a collective. Important: A £10 payment secures your child's place. The full autumn term costs £130; the remaining £120 (after your £10 deposit) is due before the first session. A step-by-step guide will be attached to your confirmation email.
